Cold snap hits but charity is there to help

Just as cold snap hits, the Island’s fuel poverty charity, The Footprint Trust, is to cut bills for Island households. The Footprint Trust will be holding events across the island to give people face to face energy guidance to help reduce energy use and bills. Elderly people and those with long term health issues are adversely affected by the rising cost of electricity and gas. Staying warm and well at home can be a struggle for people who are less mobile and on a low income.
